Job description:
Our client is looking for a "high level" Clinical Manager. They will be overseeing a team of clinicians of about 25. They will be coaching, motivating, problem solving and leading them. Our client would strongly prefer to find someone with Medicare HH management experience but that is not a absolute must. If they have HH experience, they would like to see 2+ years in a Management role (either a stong Supervisor or Director level candidate). If they do not have HH experience, they would want to see strong management (DON ideally) experience leading a large team for 5-7+ years. Theis person will report to a Director and the team will be overseeing a census of about 500. The position is based in the Spokane office. Strongly prefer a BSN but may consider an ASN.
Salary is flexible depending on experience but ideally, their looking between 65-80k base. They have a nice incentive / bonus plan and very good benefits. They are alos VERY OPEN TO RELOCaliforniaTION and they will offer relo assistance or a sign on bonus.
