Job description:
Our client is looking for someone with Executive / VP level Management experience in the Home Care industry to help lead their team. They are a very well established company with offices in several states. They are very focused on growth both organically and through acquisition. They need a leader that inspires the management team and knows how to run a profitable organization.
At a minimum, the candidate would need many years of industry experience overseeing multiple branches. This candidate would need to have a solid understanding of the Clinical Operations, the Fiancial piece and be savvey with Business Development. 4 year degree required, masters preferred.
