We have multiple methods of serving our clients. Listed are a few of the most popular options. We can also custom design a recruiting solution to fit your needs.
- Retained Search - This method is generally used for executive and key positions. It is also useful for confidential searches and for very difficult positions to fill. A retainer is secured in order to ensure the maximum level of effort to the search.
- Contingency Search - This is the method used for most standard searches. There is no obligation or up front cost. It’s the easiest way to begin a search. Your company only owes a fee if you hire a candidate referred by us.
- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (Flat Rate Retained Search) - This method is used by our clients when they have an ongoing need. We function as your internal recruiting department and handle the recruiting process for all (or a portion) of your openings. This platform is available to any client; there is no project too small or large. Our clients typically realize a 30-45% savings on their recruiting process.
