How it works

We have multiple methods of serving our clients. Listed are a few of the most popular options. We can also custom design a recruiting solution to fit your needs.

Retained Search - This method is generally used for executive and key positions. It is also useful for confidential searches and for very difficult positions to fill. A retainer is secured in order to ensure the maximum level of effort to the search.
Contingency Search - This is the method used for most standard searches. There is no obligation or up front cost. It’s the easiest way to begin a search. Your company only owes a fee if you hire a candidate referred by us.
Flat Rate Retained Search This method is used most by our clients that have an ongoing need. A monthly fee is paid for our company to work on all openings. We negotiate a flat rate based on volume and then work to fill any opening you may have. (This method can be very cost effective.)
