Our client is a large multistate Medicare Home Health organization. They are a very established company and they're experiencing rapid growth. Due to their growth, they have a current opening for an Area Director of Sales for their market in the greater San Diego area.
The ideal candidate for the Management position will have 3+ years of Sales management experience in the Health Care industry. A background in Home Care, Hospice, DME, Respiratory, Infusion, Long Term Care, or other similar industries is a plus. This candidate will oversee multiple Marketing Reps and guide them to success. They are looking for someone that has documented success in the local market. Strong Sales Management skills are essential for this position.
